Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Customized products
Items sold at a discount or marked as “as-is” during sales
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be posted.
Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before the refund appears.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email. We will then provide you with the return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
